AYUSH Kathua organises awareness cum Medical Aid Camp

KATHUA : Department of AYUSH Kathua today orgainsed awareness cum Medical Aid Camp, here at Municipal Council Office.

The object of the camp was to bring awareness on Ritucharya and Dincharya, which are parts of correct/ideal Lifestyle measures mentioned in Ayurvedic classics for maintenance of health and also to achieve a long, healthy active life, providing relief from pain and disease.

The team of AYUSH of Block Parole lead by Dr. Bodh Paul and comprising of Senior Pharmacist Dr. Shivani Mahajan Jr. Pharmacist Kartar Chand, Rajesh Kumar and Shammi Paul attended the staff and visitors.

On the occasion, Immunity -boosting Ayurvedic medicines were distributed besides an Ayush OPD is also conducted for general diseases.

During the day long camp, over 250 beneficiaries availed the benefit of the immune booster Camp.

Moreover over 200 patients of peripheral areas availed the Ayush OPD in presence of president of Municipal Council Kathua Naresh Sharma who appreciated the AYUSH department for taking the initiative of holding such camps at Municipal Office which will be of great help for the staff as well as people of nearby areas.
