Indonesian delegation visits AMU
Aligarh: A joint delegation from five universities of Indonesia comprising a vice chancellor and four Pro-vice chancellors visited the Aligarh Muslim University and met the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Professor Akhtar Haseeb in his office. The Director of India-Indonesia Studies also accompanied the delegation.
During the interaction, Prof Akhtar Haseeb urged the members of the delegation to explore possibility of academic and research cooperation with AMU. He said there were ample opportunities for undertaking students and faculty exchange programmes and any proposal to such a programme will be welcomed by AMU. He assured all help in this regard.
Prof Arshi Khan, Coordinator, International Relations Committee had a detailed interaction with the delegation to identify areas of common academic interests. He also informed the visitors about various academic and research activities at AMU.
