JNMC intern delivers public health sessions in Istanbul

Aligarh: Dr Arham Khan, Intern at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) pressed the need for public health awareness to help track disease outbreaks and prevent injuries in the invited talks at the International Federation of Medical Students’ Association (IFMSA) 71st General Assembly, Istanbul, Turkey.

He was delivering public health sessions in line with the Standing Committee on Public Health (SCOPH) guidelines as one of the session team members selected from across the world for relevant experience in the domain of Public Health.

Congratulating Dr Arham for representing India in the international platform, Prof Rakesh Bhargava (Dean, Faculty of Medicine and Principal, JNMC) said that Dr Arham’s achievement will go a long way to inspire other interns and medical students.
