CM Kamal Nath takes part in annual function of Daly College in Indore
Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath called upon the youth to accept the challenge to improve their environment, society and country, at the annual function of the Daly College in Indore. He said that today the world is changing rapidly. Along with the nature of education, new technological changes are also taking place. Today, there are also better opportunities for youth to access the store of knowledge.
Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath told the youth that rural India look up to them with hope. That is why it is important that the youth accept the challenge of bringing positive change in the country and work accordingly. Shri Kamal Nath also recalled his days at Doon School while admiring the glorious past of Daly College on the occasion. He said that Daly College is a major educational institution in the country.
The Chief Minister presented Padmashri B.C. Zutshi medal on behalf of the college to Shri Kiran Kumar well-known Hindi and Gujarati film actor and an alumni of Daly College and son of renowned actor Shri Jeevan. The Chief Minister also presented awards to talented students of Daly College.
Former Chief Minister Shri Digvijay Singh, MP Shri Vivek Tankha, Home and Jail Minister and in charge of Indore district Shri Bala Bachchan, Public Works Minister Shri Sajjan Singh Verma, Energy Minister Shri Priyavrat Singh, Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Jaivardhan Singh, Narmada Valley Development Minister Shri Surendra Singh Baghel and Higher Education Minister Shri Jitu Patwari were also present in the annual function.
