Awareness under SVEEP conducted at Hajin

BANDIPORA: In order to educate voters and ensure 100 percent participations of electors in DDC re-poll of Hajin A, District Administration Bandipora on Tuesday organised an awareness programme under Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP).

The programme was presided over by Nodal Officer SVEEP, Mohammad Rafiq Parray and was attended by BLOs and Panchayat Election Booth Officers.

Speaking on the occasion, Nodal Officer SVEEP said that the programme is aimed at spreading voter awareness and promoting voter literacy and equipping electors with basic knowledge related to the electoral process.

He highlighted the significance of electoral participation and electoral registration and stressed for maximum participation in re-poll.

An interactive session was also held to clear the doubts of participants.
