District Collector Shri Raj Yadav conducted a meeting today with regard to regularisation of registration certificates

Gangtok: District Collector cum Chairman of District Registration Authority (Clinical Establishment and Regulation Registration Act 2010), Shri Raj Yadav, conducted a meeting today with regard to regularisation of registration certificates, a press release informs.

It is reported that till date only provisional registration certificates were being issue. However, the committee has now decided for regularisation of registration as per the guidelines of Clinical Establishment and will issue permament registration certificates to all the clinical establishments.

Therefore, all the proprietors of clinical establishments are hereby directed to submit their application in proper format at the office of Health & Family Welfare Department, Annexure Building, Tadong Convey Ground, Clinical Establishment Cell by 31st March, 2020 positively along with all proper documents.

The release informs that as soon as application forms are received, physical inspection will be conducted by the authorised inspection team and permanent registration will be issued after verification by the registration authority as per norms.

The entire exercise of issuing permanent registration certificates will be completed by 30th April, 2020. Anyone found without permanent registration certificate after the mentioned date will be liable for penalty as per norms, the release adds.
