Swami Vivekanand Education Awards 2024 Recognize Uttarakhand’s Meritorious Students
89 students from 33 government schools felicitated
Dehradun: Swami Vivekanand Education Awards 2024, organized by Career Buddy Club, took place at Guru Nanak College, Dehradun. The awards were presented to over 89 students from 33 government schools who showcased outstanding dedication and hard work in the recently held board exams.
The awards were presented by the Chief Education Officer Pradeep Singh Rawat and MLA Sahaspur Vidhansabha Sahdev Singh Pundir. Career Buddy Club initiated this endeavor to honor the state’s high-achieving scholars. The primary aim of the program was to commend students who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and excellence in their academic pursuits.
Students from various schools including GIC Mednipur, Badripur, Horrawala, Jassowala, Herbetpur, Chhabra, Sabhawala and Barotiwala, HSBM Jain Girls Vikasnagar, Boxa JanJati Shisambara, GHSS Kaulagarh, SGRR School, GGIC Ranipokhri, GIC IDPL, GIC Chidderwala, Punjab Sindh IC Rishikesh, Varni Jain IC, Janta IC, GGIC Rajpur, GIC Patelnagar, SVMIC Dakpatthar, GIC Nalapani, Shishu Vidyamandir Dakpatthar, GGIC Haripur Kalsi, Shivalik Bhagirathi Public IC, GIC Balawala, SVMIC Dhalipur, GIC Barwala, GIC Sorna Dobri, GIC Bhaniyawala, Phool Chandrani, GIC Kotibhaniyawala, GIC Ajabpur Kalan, GIC Dwara, Mussoorie Girls, GIC Bhagwanpur, GMIC Garhicantt and Sanatan Dharm were presented with the award.
The Chief Guests Pradeep Singh and Sahdev Singh appreciated the efforts of Career Buddy and congratulated the students for their hard work, perseverance, and dedication.
Recognizing the pivotal role played by educators in shaping the academic journey of students, the Career Buddy Club also extended heartfelt appreciation to school principals and teachers.

Highlights of the ceremony included the felicitation of the top three students from each school for their exemplary academic performance and the announcement of scholarships and educational opportunities to further support their academic endeavors.
During the occasion, the CEO of Guru Nanak College, Bhupinder Arora announced free education to all the meritorious students.
