Maharashtra tops the chart for the Adoption of Online Education followed by Punjab and Delhi: Survey by Admission24
New Delhi: Admission24, an EdTtech startup that spruces up the idea of the quality education across nooks and corners has recently done a survey on adoption of e-learning tools across the country amid the COVID19 outbreak. In the survey, Admission24 have got in touch with 500 educational Institutions from states including Maharashtra, Punjab Delhi NCR, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Chattisgarh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu etc.
According to the survey report, the maximum adoption of e-learning tools is happening in Maharashtra with 36 percent followed by Punjab 27 percent and Delhi/NCR with 12 percent. The reason for higher adoption in these states is that parents and students were receptive to online education and adopted the shift conveniently. The report also highlighted that states like Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, etc. are witnessing also catching up with the growing adoption of Online education.
The survey stated that 80% of the educational institutions’ demands for extensive digital transformation solution ensuring business continuity in the education sector rather than just a video conferencing solution.

The penetration will increase even in the remote part of the country. Also, the schools and colleges that have already been working on the e-learning method will focus on ease, convenience, engagement, and affordability”

The report also highlighted that post the outbreak of COVID19, Colleges & universities have witnessed a surge in the queries for Vocational Courses as compared to the management and traditional courses by students and parents.
