Conference on ‘Becoming a Global Citizen-Skills and Approach’
Aligarh: Experts from across the Country and abroad will discuss the requisites of global citizenship such as creativity, proactive problem-solving abilities, decision making, critical thinking, effective communication of ideas, teamwork, and other skills and attributes in the international virtual conference on ‘Becoming a Global Citizen-Skills and Approach’ organised by the Law Society, Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) on September 26.
Scheduled to begin from 3:00 pm on the day, the programme will have a keynote speech by Mr Subhajit Sanyal (Himalayan White House International College, Nepal). AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Tariq Mansoor will inaugurate the conference, which will also feature AMU Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof Zaheeruddin.
“Dr Prabha Thoudam (Head, Research and Engagement, University of Buraimi, Oman) will preside over the programme and Ms Shefali Raj (Managing Director, PSIT, Kanpur) is the Chief Guest,” said Prof M Shakeel Ahmed Samdani, the Conference Director and the Dean, Faculty of Law.
