Conference “Digital Technologies in Education, Science, Society” in PetrSU

On December 1, the XIV All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Digital Technologies in Education, Science, Society” will start its work. For the first time, the conference will be held at the Zoom site. The conference program includes plenary and sectional reports, master classes, round tables, electronic poster presentations.
Absentee and remote form of holding is planned.

The opening and plenary session will take place on December 1 at 11:30.

Areas of work:

Electronic information and educational environment of the university.
Digital transformation of the university in new conditions.
Domestic software. Domestic computer and telecommunication equipment.
Intelligent systems and services in education, science, society.
Electronic services and resources for the public. The role of a flagship university in the region.
Digital Humanities.
The conference will be attended by representatives of PetrSU, SSTU im. Yu.A. Gagarin, Moscow State Pedagogical University, Center for Contemporary Education, LLC FORS – Development Center, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Participants will be told about the opening of the Artificial Intelligence Center at Petrozavodsk State University, about digital transformation in the context of preventing coronavirus infection, about the experience of distance and online learning at the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies of Petrozavodsk State University during the period of restrictive measures.

During the section reports, presentations will be presented on the service for finding pets, a mobile application for testing the knowledge of poems, CBIR algorithms for searching images in databases, taking into account their texture and color similarity.
