Additional sports facility at FMSR

ALIGARH  : The Faculty of Management Studies and Research (FMSR), Aligarh Muslim University has added a pool table game to its sports facility for faculty members, research scholars and staff, who wish to take leisure from tiresome studies.

The FMSR has become the first academic centre in the university to have an indoor sports facility, with games like Table Tennis and Carom already on board.

Inaugurating the Pool Table game, Prof. Syed Amjad Ali Rizvi (Secretary, University Games Committee) urged students to develop interest in any sport of their choice as it would help them develop a wholesome personality.

Earlier, welcoming the guests, Prof. Salma Ahmed (Dean, FMSR) said sports is a wonderful stress buster and elevates mood. It rejuvenates the player and works as an impetus for students who have passion for sports.
