AMU faculty appointed as Nodal Officer

Aligarh: Prof M Masroor A Khan, Department of Botany, Aligarh Muslim University has been appointed as a ‘Nodal Officer’ for the Vigyan Jyoti Program for Aligarh District. The Department of Science and Technology (DST) Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India has launched a new scheme the Vigyan Jyoti Program for which AMU is a knowledge partner.

Under this program 100 meritorious students studying in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV) and other Central Government run schools have been selected. The Program aims to discover students’ passion and potential in Science.
