AMU Faculty Chairs Session in International Conference

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) faculty member, Prof Feza Tabassum Azmi, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Research, chaired a technical session in ISDSI-Global Conference 2021 on “Leading Business in a Fluid World” organised by Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Nagpur from December 27-30, 2021.

To focus on the changing business context where the future is fluid and the leadership styles are required to change as per the uncertain business, the conference, organized in hybrid mode, was attended by over 800 participants from more than 15 countries.

Prof Feza chaired the track on Human Resource Development, People Management and Leadership highlighting the metamorphosis of organisations in post-Covid-19 period. She stressed that human resource management needs to play for attaining sustainable advantage. She provided inputs and feedback to the participants on their presentations.

“In post Covid-19 era, everything is dynamic and changing in the world that is fluid and hence the business leadership has to swiftly adjust to the scenario at an unprecedented rate”, Prof Feza pointed out.
