AMU faculty member to receive award for work on Liquid Crystals

Aligarh : Dr Jai Prakash, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will be awarded with a Silver Medal by the Liquid Crystal Society (ILCS), Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences (CeNS), Bengaluru for contributions to the study of Liquid Crystals and their applications.

“He will be conferred in the upcoming National Conference on Liquid Crystals of ILCS. The date for the conference will be announced soon”, said Prof Mohammad Sajjad Athar (Chairman, Department of Physics).
