AMU faculty members release book at Sonipat conference

Aligarh: ‘Psychology of Meditation: A Practical Guide to Self-discovery’, a book authored by Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) faculty members, Prof Akbar Husain, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences and Dr Asif Hasan, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology was released during the first ‘Annual Conference on Emerging Trends in Behavioural Science, 2020’ at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences, O.P Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana.

The book is a practical guide which beautifully illustrates how to develop a personal program for inner peace and a calmer and more focused mind to improve concentration and creativity.
