AMU faculty mentors workshop

Aligarh: Dr Pankaj Kharade, Assistant Professor, Department of Prosthodontics, Dr Z A Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University mentored a workshop for faculty members and students from different parts of India during 47th National Conference of Indian Prosthodontics Society at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Dr Kharade had deliberations on prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with cancer of tongue and jaw and demonstrated the technique to fabricate mandibular guide flange prosthesis and tongue prosthesis. The two prosthesis help to prevent facial disfigurement and improve speech as well as swallowing ability.
