AMU Faculty secured a project from ICSSR

Aligarh : Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba Siddiqui, Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography, Algarh Muslim University, has secured a major project from the Indian Council of Social Science Research. As the Project Director, Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba will conduct research on the socio-economic conditions of slum dwellers, focusing on both indoor and outdoor living environments.

Previously, Dr. Ahmad has contributed as Co-Project Director on a minor project, exploring socio-economic development and regional disparities in Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba has authored a book titled “Land Utilization of Ganga Basin” and recently edited a book on “Sustainable Development Goals and National Education Policy 2020.”
