AMU school student to compete in National level Arm Wrestling

Aligarh : Mehvish, a class IX student of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) City Girls’ High School-Qazipara has been selected to participate in the National level Arm Wrestling competition scheduled from August 18 to 22 at Ganderbal in Jammu and Kashmir.

She was selected after winning a silver medal in a District level Arm Wrestling contest and a bronze medal at the State level.

“Mehvish is bringing laurels to her alma mater and it is hoped that her dream run will continue”, said MD Alamgir (Principal, AMU City Girls’ High School).
