AMU VC writes to the Chairman of Cipla for 1000 Remdesivir Injection

Aligarh: To overcome the extreme surge in corona virus infection cases at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Prof Tariq Mansoor the Vice Chancellor of AMU wrote to the Chairman of Cipla Laboratories Ltd requesting to provide 1000 (One Thousand ) doses of Remdesivir injections for the patients of JNMCH.

In his letter, the Vice Chancellor said that as India is facing a serious crisis due to Covid-19 pandemic, in AMU many employees including serving and retired teachers are suffering from COVID and are hospitalized.
