Arrangements for smooth conduct of AA (Panchayat) exams reviewed at Shopian

Shopian: Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Dr. Sheikh Abdul Aziz today convened a meeting of Magistrates to review arrangements for smooth conduct of written tests of Accounts Assistants (Panchayat) scheduled to be held on 10th November,2020 here.

During the meeting threadbare discussion was held to ensure conduct of the written test in a fair and transparent manner. It was also informed that the Service Selection Board guidelines Videographers have already been engaged to conduct videography/ photography at each examination centre.

On the occasion, the ADC directed the magistrates for maintaining close coordination among themselves and the district Administration to develop an effective monitoring system and prevent any outside interference within the premises of examination centres.

He also instructed them to ensure proper check-up of all the students at their respective examination centres.

The ADC stressed upon the concerned officers to ensure that Covid-19 related SOPs are strictly followed including use of face masks and thermal check-up of all the students at all examination centres.

Among others, District Social Welfare Officer Shopian, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars and concerned officers attended the meeting.
