Arrangements for SSRB Class-IV examinations reviewed at Anantnag

Anantnag: The District Administration Anantnag headed by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Gulzar Ahmad Bhat today convened a meeting here, to review the arrangements for the forthcoming Class IV examinations scheduled to be held on 27th, 28th of February and 1st of March 2021.

The meeting was informed that 23 examination centers have been set up, where more than 28000 candidates are supposed to appear for the said examinations. Threadbare discussions were held on various issues regarding the examinations and all the officials put forth their valuable suggestions before the chair.

The ADC directed the concerned officers to ensure that all arrangements including proper space and accommodation facilities inside examination halls, provision of vehicles and manpower for the receipt and dispatch of examination material, security in and around strong room and examination centres, videography of examination centres besides proper sanitization of the centres are put in place for smooth and successful conduct of the examinations.

He also ensured full cooperation from District Administration in this regard.

Among others, the meeting was attended by ASP, DTO, CEO, Tehsildars Anantnag & Mattan, DIO, CDPO HQ, Heads of Institutions notified as examinations centres and other concerned officials.
