B.A. (German) students get placement offers

ALIGARH  : Ten German language students of the Department of Foreign Languages, Aligarh Muslim University got placement offers from different multinational companies.

The list includes, Krati Sharma placed as a Client Reporting Analyst in the Bangalore office of the Deutsche Bank AG, a German multinational investment bank and financial services company, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, while Khursheed Rahmani, Abdul Khalid, Akhtar Hussain, Hammad, Shad Ali, Umar Farooque, Alhey Khan, Samar Warsi, and Sandal Khan got job offers as Operations Representative in the Concentrix, an American business services company specializing in customer engagement and business performance for its Delhi offices.

Prof. Muhammad Azhar, Dean, Faculty of International Studies and Chairman Department of Foreign Languages, said that getting placement offers for more than half of the students of the German language is a testimony to the quality and employability of foreign language learning in the university and the concerned faculty members deserve appreciation for this.
