Career guidance event at Lahdenpohskaya School

Students of the Lahdenpohskaya school were told about the Institute of Forestry, Mining and Construction Sciences of PetrSU and student life.
The event was organized by Elena Sergeevna Surikova, deputy director for educational work of the Lakhdenpokh school, Vsevolod Alekseevich Shain, deputy director of the Institute of Forest, Mining and Construction Sciences of PetrSU, and Yulia Sergeevna Shuvalova, director of the PetrSU MRRC in Sortavala.

During the online event, future applicants learned about the Institute of Forestry, Mining and Construction Sciences , areas of training, advantages, the Engineering Park and the Military Training Center , as well as about the peculiarities of admission in 2021.

The event was attended by 4th year students of the Institute of Forestry, Mining and Construction Sciences Anna Menshikova and Evgeny Manichev, talking about the peculiarities of student life within the institute, the possibilities of the student trade union committee of PetrSU, and also shared secrets about how to be successful during the years of study at the university.

The meeting was held in accordance with the agreement on cooperation between Petrozavodsk State University and the Administration of the Lakhdenpohskiy municipal district, as well as within the framework of the implementation of the flagship university development program.
