Central University of Punjab commenced Admissions Process for 44 Post Graduate Programmes and 7 Short Term Courses for AY 2022-23 via CUET (PG) – 2022

Application for admission in PG Programmes and Short-Term Courses of CUPB can be submitted online through CUET (PG) - 2022 till June 18, 2022

Bathinda : The Central University of Punjab, Bathinda (CUPB), a NAAC Accredited “A” Grade University and the University with the 84th Position in NIRF India 2021 Rankings (University Category), commenced its Admissions Process for 44 Masters Degree Programmes and 7 Short-Term Courses for Academic Session 2022-23. This time, the university is offering 1381 seats in 44 PG Degree programmes, 105 seats in 7 PG Diploma/Certificate Courses. CUPB is inviting applications for admissions in the above programmes/courses through the Common University Entrance Test (PG) – 2022.

From academic session 2022-23, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Common University Entrance Test (PG) -2022 (CUET (PG) – 2022) for admission in Post Graduate programmes of 42 Central Universities and other participating universities. CUET (PG) – 2022 will provide a single window opportunity to students to apply for admissions to Central University of Punjab and other participating universities across the country.

Prof. Raghavendra P. Tiwari, the Vice Chancellor of CUPB, stated that the university is providing holistic and quality education in a wide range of disciplines to students studying here from more than 27 states of India and other foreign countries to turn them into global intellectual citizens. He added that all the PG programmes offered at CUPB, including the newly added short-term courses, focus on the skill development of learners, keeping in mind the industry’s requirements. He advised the students to check the details related to eligibility criteria, number of seats offered in various PG programmes and other details from the university website before applying through CUET (PG) – 2022.

According to the Admissions Branch, candidates who are desirous of applying for CUET (PG) -2022 Exam for admissions to PG Programme and short-term courses of CUPB may apply online from NTA Website https://cuet.nta.nic.in/ and from the university’s official website www.cup.edu.in until 18th June, 2022.
