Children Summer Adventure Camp 2019 Culminates
New Delhi: Southern Command Children Summer Adventure Camp 2019 was organised at Mount Abu by Battle Axe Division under the aegis of Konark Corps from 27 May to 03 June 2019. 98 children explored their potential and displayed their yearning for adventure activities in the fields of trekking, rock climbing and caving. During their stay in camp, the children also displayed their creativity in the fields of painting and music. The camp provided the children with an excellent platform to work on their personality development through public speaking and debate competitions.
The children enjoyed their fun cum adventure trips to various sightseeing and heritage sites at Mount Abu. All children were given certificates of appreciation for successful completion of the camp. During the closing address, Commanding Officer Gallant Guerillas, praised the zeal and enthusiasm displayed by the children. The children accepted the camp in the lap of nature at Mount Abu as a hugely enriching and learning experience.
The conduct of camp was widely appreciated by the parents, wherein, they praised the organisers for their flawless conduct.
