Clean India drive held at Batote under Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav

RAMBAN : Department of Youth Services and Sports Ramban today conducted a cleanliness drive at Educational zone Batote under Clean India camapign- a month long cleanliness and sanitation drive launched by the Government to promote ‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ slogan under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav.

The officers and officials of the department participated in the cleanliness drive conducted in the town.

The participants collected a large quantity of single-use plastic bags & other waste material during the drive. They also sensitised the shopkeepers and vendors about the harmful effects of single-use plastic.
