DC Kishtwar reviews progress of registration of beneficiaries, generation of Golden Cards under AB-PMJAY-SEHAT

 

KISHTWAR : The Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Ashok Sharma today chaired a meeting on Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-SEHAT Scheme (AB-PMJAY-SEHAT) to review the progress of registration of beneficiaries and generation of Golden Cards in Kishtwar district.

On the occasion, threadbare deliberations were held on present status and achievements made with regard to implementation of AB-PMJAY-SEHAT in Kishtwar district.

The meeting also discussed in detail the modalities for speeding up the registration for SEHAT scheme and directions were passed on to all the concerned to speed up the registration of beneficiaries under the scheme in their respective areas.

DC called for opting the target-driven approach and make coordinated efforts in expanding the ambit of SEHAT scheme so that all eligible persons of Kishtwar district are benefitted.

He further directed the concerned to ensure cent percent population is covered under the scheme within specified time.

The Deputy Commissioner also stressed the officers for prompt issuance of SEHAT cards under the scheme to all registered beneficiaries and undertaking registration process of all left out population in the district.

He directed the concerned officers to deploy VLEs, ASHAs and AWWs for the purpose of house to house survey and motivating the beneficiaries for registration.

All the BMO were asked to monitor the registration and golden Card generation process in their respective health Blocks and take stringent action against poor performing field functionaries deputed for the purpose.

Among others, the meeting was attended by ADC (in-Charge)/SDM Chatroo Inderjeet Singh Parihar,Chief Medical Officer, Kishtwar Dr Chander Prakash, BMOs, District Manager CSC Suman Kapoor; District Coordinator CSC Shagufta Malik besides other officials of NRHM and ICDS.
