DDC Kathua reviews progress of developmental deliverables
KATHUA : The District Development Commissioner, Rahul Pandey today chaired a meeting of officers to discuss modalities and action plan under the deliverables programme.
The DDC directed all the officers to work in their respective jurisdiction as per the given timelines so that the improvement could be brought about in public service delivery in every sector across the district.
The DDC stressed upon bringing visible changes in their functioning so that people get maximum benefit of the welfare schemes and programmes rolled out by the government.
The DDC iterated that the developmental deliverables are aimed at ensuring holistic and equitable development; whereby functions of all departments have been quantified to set time-bound targets to be achieved by concerned departments as these deliverables focus on people-friendly outcomes.
The DDC also called for working as per the expectation and ensure that commensurate efforts are made towards achieving the targets which will improve the development profile of the district.
PO ICDS, CPO, ACP, RTO, CMO, Ex. Engineers of various departments, District Officers and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
