Delegation from Ural Federal University Engages in Negotiations in Tajikistan

On November 28, representatives of the Ural Federal University visited the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The UrFU delegation included Rector Victor Koksharov, Vice-Rector for International Relations Sergey Tushin, Director of the School of Public Administration and Entrepreneurship of the UrFU Graduate School of Economics and Management Aleksey Klyuev and Deputy First Vice-Rector Aleksandr Ponomarev.

During the visit, the guests were acquainted with the infrastructure of the Academy – classrooms, scientific library, technology park, training centers established jointly with development partners, as well as its scientific, technological and cultural achievements. The Rector of the Academy, Professor Ghafurzoda Abdukhalil Davlatali, emphasized the interest in the continuous development of relations between the two institutions as an important component of the development of their scientific and intellectual potential.

At the end of the meeting, the participants emphasized their deep interest in establishing mutually beneficial relations and signed a cooperation agreement. Fruitful discussions were also held on holding joint events such as symposiums, trainings, professional development courses, etc.
