Encouraging students to master skills in Digital Marketing
Chennai: Digital Scholar, a premium, marketing institute signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VIT-A.P., School of Business (VSB) on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. The MoU between the distinguished institute and Digital Scholar forges new relationships that will majorly benefit the student community of VIT-AP. Through this collaboration, experts from Digital Scholar will train students on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Email Marketing, Content Marketing and other aspects of Digital Marketing.
Honouring the MoU, Vice-Chancellor S.V. Kota Reddy said, “the firm has expertise in marketing services and caters to sectors such as banking, hotels, manufacturing industries and educational institutions, making digital marketing imperative across all business sectors.”
“With advancements in technology such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, marketers are better equipped to reach out to the consumers through digital devices,” he said. Dean, VIT School of Business S. Jeyavelu added. On the heels of this announcement, the dean also mentioned that, “the BBA course introduced with a specialisation in digital marketing is aimed at achieving all this and more.”
VIT Business School’s focus is on providing hands-on life skills to the students who pursue this course. This opportunity will enable them to opt for career opportunities such as content managers & strategists, virtual reality developers and editors, SEO/SEM specialists, UX designer, e-mail marketing specialist, digital marketing managers and directors, analysts and AI specialists.
