Digitization of Land records under DILRMP reviewed in Udhampur Tehsils

Udhampur: Digitization of Land records under Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) was today reviewed in four Tehsils of Udhampur district here at a meeting chaired by Director Survey & Land Records, Ashok Kumar and attended by of revenue department functionaries.
The meeting reviewed progress on writing of the pending jamabandies in respect of Tehsil Chenani, Majalta, Panchari and Moungri.
Director asked the concerned to ensure completion of all the pending Jamabandies by ending June 2020. He asked the concerned to ensure 100% scanning of revenue records and submission of certificate by the concerned tehsildar authenticating completion of scanning work in the Tehsil.
Tehsildars were asked to monitor the progress of writing Jamabandies and to submit the report on daily basis.
The Director asked to prioritize the work of Jamabandies and strictly adhere to the time line set for completion and submission.
Among others ACR Vikar Giri and Naib tehsildars of concerned Niabats were also present in the meeting.
