DLSA Poonch observes Legal Services Day

Poonch : District Legal Services Authority Poonch observed “Legal Services Day” here at District Court complex Poonch under the guidance and direction of Ashok Kumar Shavan, DLSA Chairman and under the supervision of secretary DLSA Wajahat Hussain Kazmi Poonch.

Over 110 Persons participated in the event attended by DLSA Chairman, Ashok Kumar Shavan, TLSC Chairman Madan Lal & DLSA Secretary Wajahat Hussain Kazmi.

Speaking on the occasion, the speakers highlighted various schemes and role of DLSA for facilitating access to justice for all. The people were made aware about the procedure for taking maximum benefit from Legal Services schemes.

The media persons were asked to spread the awareness about the benefits of schemes through Electronic and print media.

Special Mobile Magistrate, Sarfraz Nawaz; Bar President, Mahroof Khan, Advocate & Vice president, Abdul Majid khan also spoke on the occasion. The Panel lawyers, Staff of DLSA and PLVs were also present.
