During the excursion to the partners, they talked about a new direction of preparation

Within the framework of career guidance, teachers from the Institute of Biology, Ecology and Agricultural Technologies of PetrSU visited JSC “Slavmo”.
During the meeting, the teachers of the department presented to the employees of JSC “Slavmo” information about the new direction of training 03.19.03 “Food of animal origin”, profile “Technology of production of products of animal origin”. Training under the program is carried out by correspondence, 4.5 years on a paid basis.

At present JSC “Slavmo” is one of the largest food processing enterprises in the territory of Karelia. For many years, the enterprise has been a reliable partner of PetrSU, provides its sites for organizing practices for students of the Department of Animal Science, Fish Farming, Agronomy and Land Management, as well as jobs for graduates of the department. At the same time, according to the General Director of JSC “Slavmo”, S.N. Maslyakov, the company is in need of certified professional technologists.

Employees of the enterprise introduced the teachers of the department to the new products of JSC “Slavmo”, talked about the modernization of production and the expansion of the range of products.

Already this year, employees of Slavmo JSC will be able to become students of PetrSU in the direction of training “Food products of animal origin”. They will have to pass entrance tests in biology, mathematics and Russian.

We invite everyone to enter the correspondence course in the direction of training 03.19.03 “Food of animal origin”, profile “Technology of production of products of animal origin”. The main requirement for applicants: a diploma of secondary or higher professional education.
