Education for All: Sandeep Aggarwal Foundation organized a donation drive in Government Senior Secondary School, Bijopur Faridabad

New Delhi : Further to its commitment towards the welfare and upliftment of the society and to support & promote education for all, Sandeep Aggarwal Foundation and Droom, India AI-driven marketplace for used and new automobile organized a donation drive in a government school, GSS School Bijopur, Faridabad, Haryana. The event was graced by the presence of Nasir Hussain, Sarpanch, Bijopur, and Upasana Bora, Chairperson, Sandeep Aggarwal Foundation.
Nearly 20 Droomers participated during the donation drive. The event started with the plantation drive in the school premises by Upasana Bora and Nasir Hussain further followed by some fun activities for children such as painting and quiz competition. To cater to the need of computer education to children, Sandeep Aggarwal foundation in collaboration with Droom donated refurbished laptops along with stationary, cricket kit, chairs, ceiling fans, and green boards for the classes to strengthen the basic education infrastructure of the school.
Speaking on the donation drive, Sandeep Aggarwal, Founder, and CEO, Droom, commented, “As a thoughtful ‘people’s organization which believes in spreading love and joy, we have always been committed towards the welfare of society and promote education for all and this is a small step towards that goal. Many children fail to get wings for their ambitions, due to the lack of opportunities and resources.
