EuroSchool Hyderabad wins big at the National School Awards (NSA 2021)

Hyderabad: EuroSchool teachers and school leaders have been recognized for their commendable contribution to changing education. Their innovative teaching techniques and focus on ‘technology and 21st-century skills have earned them national awards.

Principal of EuroSchool, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Ms. Vishnu Vandana has been awarded as the Best Principal by the National School Awards 2020-21 in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the transformation of the education system in Telangana. Ms. Vandana, blends her teaching style with group discussions and brainstorming sessions, with a focus on strengthening logical and reasoning ability among the students.

Another English teacher from EuroSchool Gachibowli, Ms. Meeta Mishra, won the Best Teacher Award for using Digital Media Platforms. Teaching at EuroSchool for five years, Meeta won this award for leveraging effective & innovative digital media platforms into her virtual classroom during the pandemic and for making the classroom environment interactive.

National School Awards, in its fourth consecutive edition, saw applications from more than 3,000 schools vying for titles in 24 categories. The nominated teachers and principals were interviewed by a panel and their works were displayed in front of the jury. The winners were facilitated on September 11, 2021, through a virtual ceremony organized on Facebook, Youtube, and Zoom.

Elated on winning, Ms. Vishnu Vandana, Principal, EuroSchool Gachibowli, Hyderabad said, “I am overwhelmed to receive this award. It is a proud moment for me to be recognized for my efforts at a national level. At EuroSchool, we have stayed true to our commitment to reinvent education.
