EXL expands CSR program into Philippines in collaboration with EduBridge and Edukayson.ph

 

Mumbai – EduBridge- India’s leading Workforce Development platform, today announced the launch of “Skills to Win Program” in Philippines under its flagship community engagement initiative with EXL, in partnership with Edukasyon.ph. With this program, Edubridge expands its partnership with EXL through which they will train more than 3000 candidates in the Data Analytics and Finance & Accounting fields in India and will aim to empower Filipino youth from underserved communities in the Philippines by providing them with comprehensive, employment-linked training in AWS Cloud Practitioner program.

 

A total of 150 selected candidates from marginalized backgrounds will undergo extensive training for over 300 hours focused on AWS Cloud Practitioner job roles. It is an advanced level of training in Tech that includes domain-specific knowledge, essential soft skills, and employability modules. This comprehensive approach will prepare Filipino youth, not only for their specific domains but also equip them with the necessary soft skills for building sustainable careers and progressing within their current or future companies. Upon successful completion of the program, 50% of these youth will be provided with placement opportunities in entry-level Cloud based roles, including Cloud Engineers, Cloud Infrastructure and related positions.

 

Engadin Corporation, operating under the brand name of Edukasyon.ph, will help expand this Program’s operations in the Philippines. Engadin Corporation, based in Makati City, Philippines, is a TESDA-registered company comparable to NSDC in India. EduBridge and Edukasyon.ph will join forces to effectively implement EXL’s program in the Philippines, ensuring its smooth execution and significant impact.
