“FICO signs MoU with Eazy ERP to promote Government Digital MSME Scheme”
Ludhiana: FICO (Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organization), a renowned industry association in Ludhiana, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Eazy ERP, a leading Cloud Service Provider in Ludhiana.
The MoU was signed to create awareness about the Government launched DigitalMSME Scheme amongst MSMEs in general and the members of the association in particular. The tie-up will also act as a window for the MSE members of the association to avail the subsidy under the scheme. The MoU was signed by Mr. Majinder Singh, General Secretary, FICO and CA Kunal Singhal, Managing Director, Eazy ERP, amongst the presence of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Kular, President, FICO, Mr. Rajiv Chawla, Chairman, IamSME of India, together with other eminent personalities.
The DigitalMSME Scheme was launched by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India to encourage the MSME sector to adopt ICT.
As part of the MOU, FICO in collaboration with Eazy ERP will foster upon the vision to make the MSME members future-ready by helping them focus on innovation and business profitability.
“The Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector contributes almost 45% to the nation’s GDP and is playing a pivotal role in socio-economic development, thus it becomes very important to work towards the progression of their growth” said CA Kunal Singhal, MD, Eazy ERP.
Mr. Majinder Singh, General Secretary, FICO, further added, “We at FICO are elated to have been able to make a contribution to this progression. This scheme will help the association members to grow and expand their business nationally and internationally with minimal investment”.
