Guests in the City of Craftsmen

Fine arts teachers visited the Pedagogical Innopark of PetrSU.  Within the framework of the courses under the program “New professional competencies of teachers of fine arts in the modern educational environment” of the Karelian Institute for the Development of Education, teachers of fine arts have the opportunity to improve the professional competences of teachers of fine arts related to the ability to design pedagogical educational activities in the context of the implementation of the Concept of teaching the subject area “Art “. We got acquainted with the possibilities of the new digital environment for organizing training and interacting with all participants in the educational process.

Within the framework of these courses, the Department of Technology, Fine Arts and Design of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of PetrSU invited teachers from the Republic of Karelia to the exhibition “Dear Inspiration”. The teachers also visited the “City of Masters” and the workshops of the department. During the excursion, new approaches to the training of teachers of fine arts and world art culture of the 21st century were demonstrated.

The teachers noted that such a rich material and technical base and new content is a great help in the development of art education in the Republic of Karelia.

The speakers within the course were Tatyana Aleksandrovna Voloshina, Associate Professor, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Technology, Fine Arts and Design, with a lecture “Project activities in fine arts lessons within the framework of the section” Artist and Theater Art “and Tatyana Yurievna Mitrofanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Theory and Methods of Primary Education of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, with a lecture “Requirements for a modern lesson in the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard”.
