Hindu New Year – Vikram Samvat 2080 Celebration organised by Sri Ram Seva Samity Trust, Ekal Shreehari SatsangaSamity, Saltlake Sanskritik Sansad and Hariyana Seva Sadan with Manoj Muntashir Shukla
Kolkata : On the auspicious occasion of Hindu New Year – Vikram Samvat 2080 Sri Ram Seva Samity Trust, Ekal Shreehari Satsanga Samity, Saltlake Sanskritik Sansad and Hariyana Seva Sadan jointly organized “Maa, Matribhumi Aur Mohabbat” at Science City Auditorium, Kolkata today. Renowned lyricist, poet, screenwriter, author and television personality Shabdyogi Manoj Muntashir Shukla took Kolkata by storm with his poetry and dialogues.
His ingenious verses touched the hearts of the audience. Accompanying him were popular singers Ashish Kulkarni and Ishita Viswakarma who gave breath taking performance on his songs. The auditorium was filled to its capacity and audience cheered aloud at every performance. The organisers of the event Sri Ram Seva Samity Trust, Ekal Shreehari Satsanga Samity, Saltlake Sanskritik Sansad and Hariyana Seva Sadan are nonprofit organizations who are serving the society in their own way. The cause for which these organisations are working was showcased at the event which helped in spreading awareness about the same to a large crowd.
Most of the Renowned Industrialists and Social Workers of Kolkata were part of the program – Lamp Lighter- Shri Sajan Kumar Ji Bansal, President of the program – Shri Biswanath Ji Seksaria, Keynote Speaker – Shri Deendayal Ji Gupta, Chief Guest of the program – Shri Satyanarayan Ji Deoralia, Special Guest of the program included – Shri Prahlad Rai Agarwal Ji, Shri Ramesh Kumar Ji Saraogi, Shri Govind Ram Ji Agarwal, Shri Lalit Ji Beriwal, Shri Pradip Ji Todi and Shri Banwari Lal Ji Soti .This event got the blessings of Bal Vyas Acharya Shrikant Ji Sharma.

On this Occasion, Shri. Biswanath Ji Seksaria, President of the program said, “This is the first day of the creation of the universe. It is believed that the first sunrise took place on this day. Lord Shri Ram had chosen this day for the coronation after the victory of Lanka.”
