HSNC University Students and Troupe from Tripura Mesmerize with Cultural Showcase from Manipur, Meghalaya, and Tripura on State Foundation Day

 

Mumbai:  In a dazzling celebration marking the state foundation day of Manipur, Meghalaya, and Tripura, a troupe from Tripura joined HSNC University students in a spectacular cultural showcase at Darbar Hall. The esteemed gathering included the honorable presence of Governor Shri Ramesh Bais, Vice Chancellor Dr. Hemlata K Bagla, and Mr. Atul Kulkarni, Trustee of the Amazing Foundation with other officers of Raj Bhavan

Given the prestigious opportunity to perform in the grand Darbar Hall, students and the Tripura troupe not only showcased their artistic prowess but also delved into the vibrant cultures of the three states. The event aimed to foster cultural exchange and appreciation within the university community.

Expressing heartfelt gratitude, Hon’ble Governor Shri Ramesh Bais commended the performers for their outstanding contributions to promoting cultural diversity. Special recognition was extended to Dr. Bagla for her leadership.

Hon’ble Governor Shri Bais expressed a desire for HSNC University to showcase Manipuri dance of Krishna in future performances, emphasizing the significance of preserving and sharing cultural treasures, particularly the Krishna Ras.
