Indian Bank Management Academy for Growth and Excellence (IMAGE) WON THE GOLDEN PEACOCK NATIONAL TRAINING AWARD (GPNTA)-2023

Chennai : Indian Bank Management Academy for Growth and Excellence (IMAGE), Chennai has received prestigious Golden Peacock National Training Award (GPNTA) for the year 2023.  The award is given to best training institution among financial sector in the country. IMAGE was adjudged for this award for its various innovative training initiatives viz. smart learnings, hybrid model trainings, new age Learning Management System, best training evaluation and impact analysis initiatives of the bank. The winner was decided by the Awards Jury under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Justice M. N. Venkatachaliah, former Chief Justice of India and former Chairman, National Human Rights Commission of India and National Commission for Constitution of India Reforms.

Shri S.L. Jain, MD & CEO of Indian Bank received the famed Golden Peacock Awards Trophy and a Certificate at a specially organised ‘Golden Peacock Awards Presentation Ceremony’, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 in Dubai (UAE). The award was presented by His Highness Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mabarak Al Nahayan, Hon’ble Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Govt. of UAE in the august presence of Shri. Sunjay Sudhir, IFS, Ambassador of India to UAE and Lt. Gen. Surinder Nath, PVSM, AVSM (Retd.), President, Institute of Directors. Several business & industry leaders were present at the event.

IMAGE is receiving this award for the third time after receiving the award earlier in 2009 and 2018. IMAGE is also an ISO certified organization since 2003.
