ISM hosts counseling camp for IRP-15th BN personnel

Jammu: A counselling cum medical camp was today organised by the Directorate of Indian System of Medicines for the personnel of IRP-15th BN.
The event was attended by the Director ISM, Dr. Mohan Singh and Assistant District Medical officer Jammu Dr. Suresh Sharma.
A medical team comprising Dr. Manisha Gupta, Dr. Garima Sharma, Dr. Sunil Kumar Bhat and Sr. Pharmacist Adarsh Kumar Sharma gave the participants tips about physical fitness and ways to boast immunity. The camp was attended by around 150-200 officers/officials including GO. The norms of social distance and other protocols were duly observed.
The medical team delivered the lectures on the immunity boosting medicines and importance of Ayurveda in improving the body defense system against the infections.
The participants were provided immunity boosting medicines free of cost. They were also advised to follow the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Ayush.
Commandant of the Battalion Mubassir Latifi thanked Director ISM and his team for organising this camp and valuable counselling for the police officials.
