“IT-Planet” is waiting for its conquerors
Students of IT specialties are invited to take part in the XIII season of the International Olympiad in the field of information technology “IT-Planet 2020/21”.
The Olympiad “IT-Planet” is an international competition for students and young professionals in the IT sphere, which has been held for 13 years and gives everyone a chance to prove themselves in the field of information technology!
By becoming a participant in the Olympiad, you will be able to:
understand the real needs of employers;
improve their practical training;
improve their own professional skills;
communicate with highly qualified specialists;
become a part of the professional it-community;
receive diplomas, medals and valuable gifts from the partners of the IT Olympiad;
become a demanded young specialist in the labor market and build a successful career not only in IT companies, but also in enterprises of other sectors of the economy!
Competition stages:
until March 31: registration of participants and the first qualifying stage (solving simple cases and problems);
from 10 to 25 April: the main stage of the competition (solving complicated problems or defending projects, online school);
May 28-31: final (defense of final projects and rewarding).

This academic year, tasks will be aimed not only at solving applied problems for the IT market, but also at solving problems of digitalization of sectors of the economy, such as:
healthcare;
financial sector;
industry;
consumer goods;
energy;
the property;
trade and catering;
education and science;
Agriculture;
construction;
transport and others.
The developed IT solutions can be presented in one of the following areas:
Internet of Things (Internet of Things);
big data;
Information Security;
automated testing;
DevOps;
programming;
web design;
3D modeling;
Artificial Intelligence;
robotics and software for robots;
AR & VR;
cloud technologies;
smart home / city;
Data Science;
communications and communication technologies, and others.
Students from 16 to 27 years old, of any course and form of training of higher and secondary vocational education, or graduates of any country in the world can take part in the Olympiad.
The winners will have the opportunity to undergo practical training in leading Russian and international companies or find a job, exchange experience and be included in the database of promising and talented IT specialists.
The results of the competition are drawn up in an annual report, which is sent to federal and regional executive authorities.
