Kishtwar: HOIs, Teachers sensitized about deliverables ahead of re-opening of Schools

KISHTWAR : Education department Kishtwar today hosted a meeting of Heads of Institutions (HOIs) and Teachers here at conference Hall of DC office complex to sensitise them about the deliverables prescribed for the Education department.

Chief Education Officer (CEO) Sudershan Kumar Sharma chaired the meeting and took review of the preparedness of the schools ahead of re-opening of schools. He asked the HOIs to create an enabling environment for teaching and learning in the schools.

Dy. CEO, Tirath Lal, ZEOs, the Principals of the institutions, lecturers and teachers attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the CEO stressed upon the teaching fraternity to ensure sanitation and Cleanliness in class rooms. He also stressed all the teachers and HOIs to put in sincere efforts to improve the education system in the district and achieve the desired learning outcomes during the current academic session.

The meeting also discussed NEP 2020 and its implementation, Quality Education, Biometric attendance, Deliverables for the department and other issues.

The CEO also stressed the need to encourage the teachers with outstanding performance and prioritization of digital learning.
