Korea Maritime & Ocean University Holds Ocean Dream Fair

The LINC3.0 Project Group ( Director Gap -soo Gyeong ) held the Korea Maritime and Ocean University industry-academia-research cooperation achievement sharing event ‘KMOU Ocean Dream Fair 2023’ on the 19th .



The ‘KMOU Ocean Dream Fair 2023’ , which celebrated its 12th anniversary this year , was prepared as a venue for sharing the results of industry-university-research cooperation in the first year of the LINC3.0 project group and for collaboration and communication between industry-academia-research institutes .



It was held offline and online ( YouTube ) in parallel, and it was held successfully with about 200 people in attendance .



In the first part of this event, which was divided into two parts , CEO Kim Na-yoon gave a special lecture on ‘ Communication Leadership in Enterprises ‘ , and Korea Maritime and Ocean University , Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Panasia Co., Ltd., and Korea Shipbuilding & Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. Industry-university-research-research-research experts shared and collaborated with industry-academia-research institute cooperation discussions .



In the second part of the event, which started with the opening address of Director Gap-Soo Gyeong , appreciation plaques for 11 excellent companies and institutions in industry-university- research cooperation , achievement awards for 16 faculty members who created excellent achievements in industry-academic cooperation, plaques for lifetime members of industry-university cooperation family companies , and new signboards for 2022 A certificate awarding ceremony was held for 89 industry- academia cooperation family companies .



Afterwards, Chairman Do Yong-bok’s lecture on ‘ World Cultural Journey with Music ‘ and a string trio by the Lieto Trio concluded .



Gyeong Gap- soo, head of the LINC3.0 project , said , “ In the future, we can predict that all innovative technologies will change centered on people . ” I think we will be able to have more specific sincerity in the midst of communication . ”
