Leadup Universe and Work Universe Present a Report on “Employer of the Future (EOTF) 2023” at The Quorum, Gurgaon
Gurgaon: Leadup Universe, Asia’s Leading career acceleration organization, in association with Work Universe, presented “Employer of the Future (EOTF) 2023”, an expository of the performance and preparedness of India Inc. towards the future of work. Around the anchors of capability, capacity, and change this inaugural forum was held on April 26th at The Quorum Gurgaon. This will be followed by events in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad over the next couple of weeks.

The Employers of the Future study is anchored on the three key aspects of people, systems and innovation. The study found that the ‘people first’ approach continues to remain at the heart of successful business organizations, and firms that offer prominent platforms to their employees are found to be more successful in delivering strong growth in the long run.
This intimate gathering was an invite-only event and hosted CXOs from across industries. The detailed compendium was unveiled and the Top 18 organizations shortlisted were felicitated and celebrated. This was followed by “dialogues with CXOs” where the CXOs discussed and deliberated over the findings and defined needs & enablers for the ever-changing workplaces and workforce. The event closed with networking and drinks.
The forum featured a distinguished line-up of speakers including Pankaj Bansal, Partner Work Capital and CEO Peoplestrong, Radha Ahluwalia, General Partner of Work Capital; Sandeep Sinha, Cofounder Lumis Partners, Anisha Dossa Aibara, Co-Founder and CEO Jify and Vivek Narain, Founder & CEO of The Quorum.
