Lecture and Interactive Scientific Session at Dept of Jarahat

 

Aligarh: In a recent development at the PG Seminar in the Department of Jarahat, Tibbiya College, AMU a guest lecturer and interactive scientific session delved into the “Prevention and Management of Surgical Diseases with reference to Tibb-e-Nabavi” on November 8.

The Chief Guest on the occasion was Prof. Nazar Abbas, HOD of Moalijat at Rajasthan Unani Medical College, highlighted the global research endeavors in Tibbe Nabavi. He emphasized the contemporary relevance of Tibbe Nabavi, detailing the role of Prophetic Medicines in surgical diseases.

The guest speaker Prof. S M Hussain Jafri, former Dean of Faculty of Unani at Rajasthan Ayurved University Jodhpur, shared insights as the key resource person.

The scientific program featured Prof. BD Khan, Principal of AK Tibbiya College, and Prof. Iqbal Aziz. Prof. Khan urged the integration of Tibbe Nabavi into daily life, while Prof. Aziz emphasized the noble cause of serving humanity.

Prof. Tafseer Ali, Chairman of the Department of Jatahat, revealed the department’s initiative to promote Tibbe Nabavi.

The event witnessed active participation from teaching faculties and PG scholars, with Dr. Mohd Tarique steering the program as the conductor
