As a result of this, there is a lack of connection and enthusiasm among the team members. The whole idea behind organizing MBD’s got talent was not only to empower our employees, to boost their confidence and help them widen their creative horizons but also help them in stress management and balancing work-life equation. MBD is glad that the employees decided to participate in huge numbers and made MBD’s Got Talent a huge success.”
