NABARD celebrates Int’l Women’s Day at Batote

Batote: International women’s day was celebrated by NABARD here at Batote in which local women entrepreneurs, SHGs members and women farmers participated.

While congratulating the womenfolk on International Women’s Day, the District Manager NABARD, Aarshi Sharma, highlighted the significance of the day and the need for women empowerment.

RSETI trainer and Dairy entrepreneur, Mumtaz Begum also addressed the women and stressed that all women should start income generating activities.

A SHG member, Rajni Sharma also shared her experience of stitching and sale of masks during COVID and urged upon women to work for their financial security.

Later, prominent women achievers and entrepreneurs were also felicitated by NABARD.
