NCC unit GDC Kishtwar pays tributes to Martyrs

KISHTWAR : To commemorate the contribution of Martyrs, NCC unit of Government Degree College Kishtwar on Wednesday organised the “Shahido Ko Shat Shat Naman” event, here on the direction of Col. S.S. Rawat, Commanding Officer, 2 J&K (I) Coy NCC Bhadarwah.

In the event Shaurya Smriti Chin (mementos) were presented to the family members of Martyrs as a token of respect and honour.

Earlier, the NCC cadets paid homage to martyrs through patriotic songs and motivational speeches.

The mementos were presented to facilities of Hav. Vinod Kumar, Sepoy Noor Hussain, RFN Ishtyaq Ahmed, Sepoy Tej Ram, Hawaldar Khushi Ram,Naib Subadar Som Nath, RFN Ved Prakash, Hawaldar Duni Chand, Hawaldar Piyari Lal, Sepoy Raj Kumar, RFN Shiv Kumar, Naib Subadar Mehraj Din and RFN Daleep Kumar.
